Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or other peak periods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, BoardGamesand ships only within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed? 

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of payment if made by mistake. To cancel, please contact us immediately after payment at contact@boardgamesand.com
